Products - Official Warranty
All products sold by YOUNIK are new, genuine and accompanied by the Warranty Certificate of the respective brand, in which the original invoice serves as a guarantee. The products are delivered in a case or bag of the respective brand.
All products marketed by YOUNIK are in compliance with Portuguese legislation.
Prices are expressed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT at the legal rate in force.
Responsibilities
YOUNIK declines any responsibility in case of violation of the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is the Customer's responsibility to check with the local authorities the conditions for importing or using the products he intends to order.
YOUNIK is not responsible for damages caused to the User by the use of the Internet network resulting from interference, external intrusions, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions or disconnections of the computer system or any other case of force majeure.
Obligations of Customers and Users
The Customer and the User must comply with these general conditions and respect them. In particular, undertake to fulfill the following obligations:
● Save, and not disclose, your username and password for authentication on the website in order to prevent third parties from accessing your account at www.younik.com.pt;
● Do not use false identities;
● To provide personal data and correct addresses so that YOUNIK can properly process the orders;
The Customer is responsible for the veracity of the data communicated to YOUNIK and undertakes to immediately enter into his YOUNIK Online Registration Account any changes to them.
YOUNIK declines any responsibility for any delay or impossibility of processing the order, namely in the act of delivery, due to error or insufficiency of the data communicated by the Customer.

Warranty and After-Sales Assistance
All products sold by YOUNIK are covered by a guarantee, the period of which is indicated in the product sheet, which is never less than 2 years. The guarantee is international and valid at any Authorized Agent of the respective brand, in Portugal or abroad.
If the purchased product is defective, you must notify YOUNIK, stating your order number and a description of the anomaly. The costs of sending products under and within the Warranty period will be borne by YOUNIK.
Upon receipt of the product at YOUNIK's premises, we will carry out a technical check and, in case we prove any lack of conformity under the warranty, the product will be sent to the Technical Assistance of the brand. It will later be sent to the Customer to his address at no additional cost.
If the technical check detects signs of misuse (eg fall, humidity, etc.) you will be contacted to let us know if you want us to repair the product by sending it to the brand's Technical Assistance, whose repair and shipping costs will be incurred on behalf of the Customer.
